The ounce (oz) number is the weight and padding of the glove. As a general guide:

• 8 to 10 oz: light, fast training and pad work, and a good fit for smaller hands.
• 12 oz: all-round gym use, bag work and pad work.
• 14 to 16 oz: sparring. The heavier the glove, the more padding for you and your partner.

Not sure what to pick? Choose 16 oz if you plan to spar, and 12 oz for everyday bag and pad training. Each product page lists the oz sizes available for that pair, and you can message us your weight and training style for a quick recommendation.

Start with the size chart on the product page, or open our Size Guide for measuring tips. Then:

• BJJ gi: match your height and weight to the chart. If you fall between two sizes, take the bigger one.
• Headguards: measure around your head, just above the eyebrows, and compare it with the chart.
• Motorcycle jackets: measure around the fullest part of your chest. Leather has very little stretch, so go up a size if in doubt.
• Motorcycle gloves: measure around your palm, not including the thumb.

A few simple habits make your gear last much longer. Always check the care label on your product first, then:

• Boxing gloves: open them up and let them air dry after every session. Keep them out of a closed gym bag, and away from direct heat or sunlight.
• BJJ gi: wash it inside out in cool water and hang it to dry. High heat can shrink it.
• Headguards: wipe them down after use and let them dry fully before packing.
• Leather jackets and gloves: clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, dry them away from heaters, and use a leather conditioner now and then.

We ship worldwide, and your wait is made up of two parts:

• Preparation: 4 to 6 business days while we inspect and pack your order.
• Delivery: 4 to 6 business days to the UK and Europe, and 6 to 9 business days to the USA and the rest of the world.

In total, most orders reach you in about 8 to 15 business days. The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Some countries charge import duties or taxes when a parcel arrives. These are set by your customs office and paid by the customer, and customs checks can add a few days. More details are on our Shipping Policy page.

When your order leaves us, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Click the link in that email, or paste the number on the courier's website, to see your parcel's progress. You can also use our Track Order page.

No email yet? Look in your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we'll check it for you.

You can send it back within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

• Contact us with your order number and tell us whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
• We'll reply with return instructions.
• When your item reaches us and passes a quick check, we process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days.

Sorry about that, and we'll make it right. As soon as you open the parcel, contact us and send:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging
• A short note on what is wrong

If the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Yes, if you reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. We can change the size, colour or delivery address, or cancel the order. After 24 hours your gear is already being prepared, so changes are no longer possible.
